| Honor Flight Reception - April 2009 On April 25, 2009 our scouts traveled to Port Columbus Airport to welcome home 35 local World War II veterans who had visited Washington DC to see the World War II Memorial as a part of the Honor Flight Program. | Did You Know? The Chief Leatherlips monument located in Scioto Park was dedicated on July 1, 1990 to recognize a Wyandot Indian Chief who was believed to have located his hunting camp on the site. The white settlers called him Leatherlips because he never broke a promise. |
